Beware the Ides Of March!

For this our third album we felt it was time to go ahead and find a guitarist. The crazy drums and lead position is not a bad fit for an instrument like the Cabbage Looper. An 808 Sampler and a Kaossilator tacked to a board with a guitar strap lends its self to the one person act but in a band there are roles to play and focusing on one can easily create quicker better results.

Enter Rick San Miguel. Rick has been hangin' with us weekly for about a month now. I'm always amazed by any musician who can put up with this cacophonous instrument I've created and this is an early snapshot of our first few practices with very little production or editing.

Quick and dirty recordings without a big load of effects or post production remain the MO here at Echobass Records.
